Referral of Service Academy denied applicants to senior military colleges

The bill requires the Secretary of Defense to establish a system whereby individuals denied admission to Service Academies may elect to have their information shared with senior military colleges. This system must be established not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of the Act.
