Gun Records Restoration and Preservation Act

This bill, cited as the 'Gun Records Restoration and Preservation Act', aims to repeal certain impediments to the administration of firearms laws. It repeals restrictions known as the Tiahrt Amendments, which require background check records to be destroyed within 24 hours and bar the Federal Government from requiring annual inventory audits by gun shop owners.
