Ending COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for Foreign Air Travelers Entering the U.S.

This Act immediately terminates the requirement for foreign travelers entering the United States by air to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination, simplifying entry procedures for international visitors. It also prohibits the use of federal funds to enforce this mandate. The law does not affect existing testing requirements for travelers arriving from China.
