Permanent Telehealth Coverage for Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

This law permanently changes the rules for Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Individuals with high-deductible health plans (HDHPs) can now access telehealth services (virtual doctor visits) without first having to meet their full deductible. This lowers the immediate cost barrier for remote healthcare access and simplifies the use of virtual consultations.
Key points
Permanently allows telehealth services to be covered before the deductible is met ("first-dollar coverage") under HSA-eligible plans.
Ensures that using telehealth services on these preferential terms does not disqualify individuals from contributing to or benefiting from their HSA.
