Species Protection: Native Species Only and No Foreign Land Purchases.

This new bill changes how endangered species are protected in the U.S. Only species naturally found in the United States can now be listed as endangered or threatened. Additionally, funds for species protection cannot be used to buy land in other countries, which might affect international conservation efforts.
