End of Tax Credits for Electric Vehicles and Charging Stations

This bill aims to eliminate tax credits that currently reduce the cost of purchasing new and used electric vehicles, as well as commercial clean vehicles. This means that after the law takes effect, citizens buying such vehicles will no longer be able to rely on financial support in the form of tax deductions. Additionally, tax credits for building electric vehicle charging stations will also be removed.
Key points
Elimination of tax credits for new electric vehicle purchases.
No more tax credits for used electric vehicle purchases.
Repeal of tax credits for qualified commercial clean vehicles.
