Congress and Staff Healthcare: VA Only from 2027

Starting January 3, 2027, Members of Congress and their staff will receive healthcare solely through the Department of Veterans Affairs, as if they were veterans. This means they will no longer be covered by the Federal Health Benefits Program or health care exchanges. The change aims to standardize healthcare access for these groups.
