Mandatory Labeling for Mail Solicitations

New rules require all advertising mail to be clearly identified as solicitations. This aims to help citizens easily distinguish advertisements from important correspondence, potentially reducing unwanted mail.
Key points
All mail solicitations must prominently display the notice: "This is a solicitation" or similar wording.
Mail without proper identification will not be delivered by the Postal Service.
