Children's Hospital Support: New Funding Rules and Procedure Restrictions.

This act extends funding for graduate medical education programs in children's hospitals until 2030. However, it prohibits funding for hospitals that provide specific gender-affirming procedures and drugs to individuals under 18 years of age. Exceptions include treatment for precocious puberty and congenital sex development disorders.
