Food Assistance for Veterans: Expanding SNAP Eligibility

This act expands the group of disabled veterans eligible for food assistance through the SNAP program. Changes relate to disability assessment criteria, potentially allowing more veterans in need to receive support. The provisions will take effect on October 1, 2030.
