Increased Transparency: 130-Day Limit and Public Disclosure for Special Government Employees.

This Act limits the employment of Special Government Employees (SGEs) in Executive agencies to 130 days within any 365-day period. If this limit is exceeded, the individual must be classified in accordance with civil service laws. The Act also requires the creation of a public database containing the names, positions, and pay rates of certain SGEs ("covered SGEs") and the public release of their financial disclosure reports.
