Contraception Access: One-Year Supply Without Extra Costs

This new act will make it easier to access contraception by allowing individuals to obtain a full year's supply at once. Health plans and insurers must permit this without additional costs, effective January 1, 2026. The government will conduct outreach to inform citizens and providers about these changes.
