Prohibition of Ranked Choice Voting in District of Columbia Elections

This act changes how voting works in the District of Columbia. Citizens will only be able to cast one vote for their chosen candidate, instead of ranking them by preference. This applies to all local and federal elections, as well as referendums in the District of Columbia.
