Harsher Penalties for Undocumented Immigrants Convicted of Crimes

This act introduces stricter prison sentences for individuals unlawfully present in the United States who are convicted of crimes. It increases minimum sentences for those who entered improperly and committed a crime, as well as for those previously removed who re-offend.
