Fisher House Access for TRICARE Beneficiaries and Their Families
This new act expands access to temporary lodging facilities, such as Fisher Houses, for certain TRICARE beneficiaries and their families. This means individuals traveling for medical care to non-Department of Veterans Affairs facilities, as well as their loved ones, can use these accommodations if space is available. The goal is to ease access to medical care and support families during challenging times.
