No Passports for Terrorists and Traffickers Act

New rules allow the denial or revocation of passports for individuals charged with or convicted of supporting terrorism, or those who knowingly aided terrorist organizations. Affected citizens have the right to appeal the decision, and in exceptional circumstances, a passport may be issued for humanitarian reasons or to facilitate return to the U.S.
