Protecting Reproductive and Sexual Health Data Privacy

The "My Body, My Data Act" aims to give citizens more control over their private reproductive and sexual health information. Companies will only be able to collect and use this data when strictly necessary to provide a requested service. Citizens will gain the right to access, correct, and delete their data, and can sue companies for violations of these rights.
