No Taxpayer Funding for UN Human Rights Council

This bill aims to stop U.S. taxpayer money from funding the United Nations Human Rights Council. It means that a portion of the U.S. contribution to the UN's regular budget, specifically allocated for this Council, will be withheld. In essence, citizens' money will no longer support this particular international organization.
Key points
Withholding a portion of U.S. contributions to the UN that would go to the Human Rights Council.
Prohibiting voluntary contributions to the UN Human Rights Council.
Withheld funds will not be considered arrears to be repaid to the UN.
