Tree Planting Grants for Underserved Urban Areas

This act establishes a grant program for planting and maintaining trees in low-income and high-temperature urban areas. The goal is to improve quality of life, reduce urban heat island effects, and increase green spaces where they are lacking. Residents will have a say in project decisions.
