Equal Access to Jury Service: Ending Disability and Age Discrimination

This act aims to ensure that individuals with disabilities and of various ages are not excluded from serving on federal juries. This means more citizens will have the opportunity to participate in the justice system, and courts will be required to provide reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
