Effective January 1, 2026, the minimum personal needs allowance for individuals in Medicaid institutional care will increase from $30 to $60 per month.
For couples in Medicaid institutional care, the minimum personal needs allowance will increase from $60 to $120 per month, also effective January 1, 2026.
