Authorization of Normal Trade Relations for Certain Countries.

This bill authorizes the President to extend nondiscriminatory treatment (normal trade relations treatment) to products of "covered countries." Upon the President's proclamation, Title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 shall cease to apply to those countries. The definition of a covered country excludes three specific nations.
