Expansion of Benefits and Service Documentation for Filipino Veterans

It adds sections 1541 and 1542 of Title 38 to the list of applicable benefits for these groups. The bill also requires the Secretary to take into account alternative documentation regarding service, including documents other than the recognized guerrilla rosters stored at the National Personnel Records Center. Additionally, it disapplies a specific section of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for these individuals.
