Social Media Ban for Users Under 16; Mandatory Account Deletion.

This law prohibits certain social media platforms from allowing individuals under the age of 16 to create or maintain accounts. Platforms must identify and terminate existing accounts belonging to known minors within approximately six months of the law taking effect. Upon termination, platforms must delete all personal data, though minors retain the right to request a copy of their data for 90 days.
