Health Insurance Affordability & Fraud Prevention Act

This act aims to make health insurance more affordable by extending and modifying tax credits. It also introduces new rules to prevent fraud in the insurance system and increases transparency for pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Additionally, it allows certain individuals with marketplace health plans to establish Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
