Support for Taiwan: Faster Arms Export Procedures and Allied Transfer Assessment

The Act includes Taiwan in the list of countries subject to shorter certification and reporting periods under the Arms Export Control Act. It also mandates an assessment of the feasibility of expedited licensing processes for allies transferring military equipment to Taiwan.
