Make It Count Act: Citizenship Questions and New Rules for Congressional Seats

This bill adds a citizenship question to the census and changes how Representatives are apportioned, counting U.S. citizens instead of all persons. It also prohibits states from carrying out more than one Congressional redistricting after a decennial census.
