SAFE CATTLE Act: Protecting Food Supply and Wildlife from Screwworm
The bill directs the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior to enter into an agreement to coordinate activities to prevent and eradicate the New World screwworm in wildlife on certain Federal lands. The goal is to protect wildlife and safeguard the domestic food supply and economy.
