Tribal Warrant Fairness Act: U.S. Marshals to assist Tribal law enforcement

This bill, cited as the Tribal Warrant Fairness Act, allows the U.S. Marshals Service to assist Indian Tribes in fugitive matters upon request. It also incorporates Tribes into provisions regarding Fugitive Apprehension Task Forces.
