Efficiency Adjustment Delay Act for Medicare Physician Payments

This bill delays the implementation of an efficiency adjustment to work relative value units under the Medicare physician fee schedule until January 1, 2030. It also amends the conversion factor update rates for qualifying and nonqualifying APM participants for the year 2026.
