Congressional disapproval of the withdrawal of the Equal Credit Opportunity rule

This resolution provides for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to the withdrawal of the rule regarding Equal Credit Opportunity and discrimination on the bases of sexual orientation and gender identity.
