Repeal of the Corporate Transparency Act

This Act, cited as the Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act, repeals the Corporate Transparency Act (Title LXIV of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021). It also makes technical and conforming amendments to Title 31 of the United States Code and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020.
