Protecting Service Members from Mandates and Restoring Rights

This act aims to prevent the military from re-imposing mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations without Congressional approval. It restores rights and status to service members who were discharged or penalized for refusing vaccination, including changing their discharge status to honorable and allowing reinstatement. Additionally, it releases them from bonus repayment obligations and mandates reimbursement for amounts already repaid.
