Ban on Contracts with Companies Supporting Venezuelan Regime

New legislation prohibits U.S. government agencies from entering into contracts with companies that conduct significant business operations with the unrecognized Venezuelan government. This aims to limit support for that regime. However, exceptions exist for humanitarian aid or U.S. national security activities.
