Funding Infrastructure for Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Facilities.
This law establishes a new loan and loan guarantee program to help hospitals and facilities build, renovate, or upgrade mental health and substance use disorder treatment centers. The program is authorized for $200 million annually from 2026 through 2030.
