LIFT Homebuyers Program: Affordable Mortgages for First-Time Buyers

This act establishes a program to help low- and moderate-income individuals who are first-time and first-generation homebuyers access affordable and sustainable home loans. The goal is to facilitate wealth building through homeownership. The program is set to operate until the end of 2027.
