Veterans TBI/PTSD Treatment: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Pilot Program.

This Act establishes a three-year pilot program to provide Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or PTSD through accredited community care providers. The program is limited to two VA regions and relies solely on donations for funding. Furthermore, the law extends the expiration date for certain limits on VA pension payments until October 2034.
Key points

The pilot program's funding is entirely dependent on donations and operates only in two selected VA networks.
The deadline for certain limitations on VA pension payments is extended from 2031 to October 2034.
