Authorization to Extend Normal Trade Relations to Certain Countries

This bill authorizes the President to extend nondiscriminatory treatment (normal trade relations treatment) to products from covered countries. Upon the President's proclamation of such extension, Title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 shall cease to apply to the respective country. The definition of a covered country excludes Belarus, Cuba, and North Korea.
