Stop Sextortion Act: Tougher Penalties for Threats Involving Child Exploitation Material.

This act introduces new protections for children and victims against extortion. It criminalizes threatening to distribute child sexual abuse material, even if such material does not exist. Additionally, it increases prison sentences for using child sexual abuse material to intimidate, coerce, or cause emotional distress.
