Banning Federal Compensation and Refunds for January 6 Capitol Attack Participants.

This bill prevents the use of federal money, including victim compensation funds, to compensate individuals prosecuted for their involvement in the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack. This ensures that those individuals, even if later pardoned, cannot receive financial rewards from the government. Furthermore, court-ordered fines and restitution paid by those convicted will not be refunded from the U.S. Treasury.
