Zero Regulatory Costs for Small Businesses

This new act aims to reduce financial burdens on small businesses caused by regulations issued by the Small Business Administration. Starting from fiscal year 2026, the costs associated with new or modified regulations for small businesses are intended to be zero. Additionally, the Agency will report to Congress on the impact of other federal agencies' rules on small businesses.
