10% Bonus for DHS Employees Working Without Pay During Shutdown

This bill provides a one-time premium payment to Department of Homeland Security employees who were required to work without pay during the government shutdown that began on February 14, 2026. Eligible workers will receive an extra 10% of the basic pay they earned but did not receive during the funding lapse.
