Agricultural Insurance Reforms: Subsidy Limits and Increased Financial Transparency

This bill sets income limits for farmers receiving crop insurance subsidies and caps the total support available per farm. It also increases transparency by requiring public disclosure of who receives government funding and in what amounts.
