Improving VA Services and Budget Accountability for Veterans.

This Act establishes the Veterans Experience Office (VEO) to enhance the quality of service and satisfaction veterans have with their benefits. It also increases financial oversight of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) by requiring quarterly reports on budget shortfalls and restricts special incentive bonuses for senior VA executives working in the Central Office.
