Repeal of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act
This bill, cited as the Bringing Oversight to Washington and Safety to Every Resident Act (BOWSER Act), repeals the District of Columbia Home Rule Act (Public Law 93–198). The repeal becomes effective one year after the date of enactment.
