Avian Flu Vaccination Strategy Act
This Act requires the Secretary of Agriculture, in consultation with the United States Trade Representative, to develop and finalize a vaccination strategy for poultry to address highly pathogenic avian influenza. The strategy must be developed within 180 days and finalized within one year of enactment. It must also comply with World Trade Organization rules.
